WHAT LED YOU TO ROCK? After years of working in the appraisal and valuation realm of commercial real estate, I wanted to branch out and pivot into new opportunities to grow my skillset.
WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB? It’s easy to get lost in the weeds when it comes to research and data analytics. So, it’s always satisfying to finally see the end results through effective data visualizations and reporting.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ROCK? ROCK is always looking to grow and learn as a company, and that’s an exciting environment to work in and contribute to. I’m able to tap into my creativity through content creation and have gained a lot of research and data analytics skills in the few years I’ve been here.
WHAT BEHAVIOR OR PERSONALITY TRAIT DO YOU MOST ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS? I was one of those kids who really enjoyed research papers in school, and I’ve always loved problem solving. I feel like these traits have been well honed by my experience in CRE because every property or project is another thing to discover, research and report on.
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP? For most of my childhood I wanted to be a veterinarian. I’ve always loved all animals and have volunteered with several organizations over the years. I have since founded a feline zoo within my own home, currently housing four domesticated loafs (Hufflepuff, Bobcat Ross, Data and Lore).
TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF THAT WOULD SURPRISE US. I’m a drawing and painting artist specializing in graphite, charcoal and acrylic.
