Emily joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2023 as a Research Analyst. In that capacity, she maintains and enhances ROCK’s customer relationship management database. When not tracking down the latest commercial real estate data, Emily assists in the preparation and publishing of our market reports, blogs and other analytical projects. Emily also provides support in the research, compilation, and analysis of industry trend data that assists our clients in their decision making.

Prior to joining ROCK, Emily was a Senior Analyst with a commercial real estate appraisal firm. She has worked in the commercial real estate valuation industry for 10 years, serving in a variety of roles. Emily is a graduate of University of North Texas.
