Formed in 2001, ROCK is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage services, property management, lease administration, and consulting with support services that include marketing, research, mapping and accounting.

While ROCK is headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, we also have an office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania along with plans to grow into other markets in the South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland region.

ROCK offers a unique staffing model for its industry. While brokerage firms are typically comprised of independent contractors, the ROCK team does not include any independent contractors.  All of ROCK’s salespeople, referred to as Advisors, as well as all of ROCK’s other staff members, are all considered employees and eligible for ROCK benefits including health insurance, disability insurance, workers compensation, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, holiday pay, paid time off, real estate Education & Certifications opportunities, mileage reimbursement, etc.
