Formed in 2001, ROCK is a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage services, property management, lease administration, and consulting with support services that include marketing, research, mapping and accounting.
While ROCK is headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, we also have an office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania along with plans to grow into other markets in the South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland region.
ROCK offers a unique staffing model for its industry. While brokerage firms are typically comprised of independent contractors, the ROCK team does not include any independent contractors. All of ROCK’s salespeople, referred to as Advisors, as well as all of ROCK’s other staff members, are all considered employees and eligible for ROCK benefits including health insurance, disability insurance, workers compensation, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, holiday pay, paid time off, real estate Education & Certifications opportunities, mileage reimbursement, etc.
ROCK is committed to providing all of its Associates with the required encouragement, tools and resources needed to be successful. New brokerage services or property management hires receive extensive hands-on training from ROCK’s Director of Operations, Mike Katz. Mike has more than 15 years of experience mastering ROCK’s systems and procedures and has earned a prestigious CCIM designation which is awarded to less than 10% of commercial real estate professionals.
Whether you already have real estate experience, or have business experience and are interested in a career transition, or are a recent college graduate considering a career in commercial real estate, ROCK is always interested in speaking with talented professionals. If this describes you, please send an e-mail stating your interest in ROCK along with your professional resume and a list of business references to ROCK’s CFO, Barry Wildasin, at email@example.com.
Join ROCK’s team and thrive in a culture that has resulted in ROCK being named as one of the “Best Places to Work” by both the Central Penn Business Journal and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
