WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB? Anytime things work like a well-oiled machine. Equally, I like to work through challenges to come up with a better plan. My job allows me to analyze, implement, and move towards efficiencies which makes my Type A brain very happy.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ROCK? The people!

WHAT BEHAVIOR OR PERSONALITY TRAIT DO YOU MOST ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS? I am a good communicator and approachable. I take my work seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. I find these traits allow for collaboration and success when everyone is on the same page.

WHO HAS INFLUENCED YOU MOST WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CAREER? I have been fortunate to work with a lot of influential people over the years in different companies, but the people who have influenced me the most are my family. The generations before me were hard workers who showed me the importance of that ethic in everything you do, career and life!

WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED? Apply for the job – you never know what someone might see in you, you just need to get the interview.

TELL US SOMETHING THAT WOULD SURPRISE US ABOUT YOU. I am a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. Not surprising maybe, but I just wanted to be able to say GO BIRDS!!

WHAT IS ONE THING YOU ARE GREAT AT? WHAT IS ONE THING YOU ARE TERRIBLE AT? I am good at baking, but I am not great at cooking – they are totally different things!
