WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB? Problem solving! I love working through different obstacles with each of the property managers and resolving the problem is very satisfying.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ROCK? I think this was said in every employee’s spotlight, but it really is the people that work here! ROCK has created a fun, team-oriented atmosphere that is really enjoyable. I am constantly learning new things and having fun doing it!
WHAT BEHAVIOR OR PERSONALITY TRAIT DO YOU MOST ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS? I think in property management you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable. Things are constantly changing so being able to go with the flow has really gotten me to where I am now.

WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP? I really wanted to be a botanist. I loved being outside learning about plants and exploring nature!
