ROCK Employee Spotlight: Allen Stough, Maintenance Technician

WHAT LED YOU TO THIS CAREER? A now retired ROCK employee reached out to me about an available maintenance position at ROCK’s headquarters at the Susquehanna Commerce Center. The employee had good things to say about ROCK and said it was an up and coming company.

WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB? The most satisfying aspect of my job is when everything goes right and the customers are happy with the completed job.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ROCK? The thing I enjoy most at ROCK is we all try to help each other.  You never have to feel like it all falls on your shoulders.  I also enjoy all the extra things we do as a whole company like PEEPS Day, cornhole, and Revs baseball games.

WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP?  As a 10-year-old I wanted to be a farmer.  My grandparents lived on a farm and I thought it would be cool to be able to grow most of what I needed to live on.

TELL US ONE THING ON YOUR BUCKET LIST!  To travel and sightsee across the United States at least once so my wife stops talking about it!
