Marlea joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2022 as a Property Management Coordinator and, in 2023, transitioned into the Property Manager role. Marlea is growing her portfolio and currently manages 18 commercial properties totaling more than 570,608 square feet. She serves as a valuable resource for ROCK’s Property Management team in effectively serving ROCK’s clientele.

Prior to joining ROCK, Marlea worked in the retail sector for 17 years and handled administrative duties including payroll and scheduling, customer relations, hiring, supervision and training of employees, management, marketing, policy development and sales analysis. Marlea is a graduate of Dallastown Area High School.
