Barry joined the ROCK team in 2025 as Maintenance Technician for the Susquehanna Commerce Center. He brings more than 35 years of hands-on property maintenance expertise including experience in managing complex building systems, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring operational excellence across large-scale facilities.

Prior to joining ROCK, Barry served as Facilities Management Specialist at Keen Transport in Carlisle for eight years and Maintenance Lead Supervisor at T.A.W. (formerly Doubleday) in Hanover for 27 years. He holds certifications in confined space entry, rigging, forklift operations, and low-pressure steam boiler operation.
