PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY -
Principal member in formation of ROCK Commercial
Real Estate, which was launched in September 2001. Ted specializes in
industrial real
estate. Since 1988, his commercial real estate career has spanned from
salesperson to positions in all aspects of industrial & offices sales,
leasing and property management. After attending West Chester
University, Ted started his business career with White Pigment Corporation
and worked with the company for over 14 years in various roles including
operations, personnel, production, maintenance, quality control, customer
relations and served as Plant manager for 6 years.
Ted served over
15 years with the West Manchester Township Sewer Authority
, acting as Chairman for three years.
IN MY SPARE TIME - "I
like camping, (if you call RVing camping) biking, kayaking and working
around the house when I'm not spoiling our grandchildren."
