John specializes in retail leasing and sales,
investment properties, and corporate services. He has been active in
commercial real estate for the past eight years, most recently holding the
position of Broker of Record for Springwood Commercial Realty. He has
a strong background in hotel and restaurant properties, and earned a master
degree in Management from the Cornell University Hotel School. John is
a native of Colorado, where he specialized in resort management and
commercial leasing before moving to York County in 2003.
John is a member of the
Rotary Club of York
America's Promise Committee and Chairman of Cloister Car Wash fund raising Committee and
Living Word Community
Church. He is also
Co-Chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Council of the
Realtors Association
of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC) and Board Member of Blossom
Hill Homeowners Association.
