PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Principal member in formation of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, which was launched in September 2001.  Dave specializes in industrial real estate and investment sales and leasing.  With more than 28 years experience in real estate, he has worked every position from Sales Agent to President & Principal.  After graduating with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, he started his career with General Electric Company in several capacities including production control, shop management and manufacturing engineering manager, before returning to his hometown of York to begin his commercial real estate career.

Dave is a member on the Board of Director's for West York Dollars for Scholars, and Better York.  He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), York City Rotary Club , and a member of the Zion United Methodist Church Leadership Team.
