PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY -
Principal member in formation of ROCK Commercial
Real Estate, which was launched in September 2001. Dave specializes
in industrial real estate and investment sales and leasing. With more than 24
years experience in real estate, he has worked every position from Sales
Agent to President & Principal. After graduating with a B.S. in
Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, he started his career with General
Electric Company in several capacities within production control and
manufacturing engineering, before returning to York to begin his real estate
career.
Dave is a member
on the Board of Director's for
West York Dollars for Scholars,
and York
Counts. He is a member of
York City Rotary Club and on
the Zion United Methodist Church Leadership Team.
IN MY SPARE TIME -
"I like to spend time with my family and attend my kid's sporting events.
I also enjoy building projects, working on the farm, riding my Harley,
sailing and scuba diving on vacations."
