Overview: 2010 Market Indicators

A survey was conducted by ROCK Commercial Real Estate in January 2011 for companies that leased space in York County during 2010.  The results of this survey indicated that approximately 77% of respondents either started a new business or expanded their current business, and approximately 78% responded that the higher cost of purchasing a building was the reason they decided to lease space.
